All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include damage due to product misuse or abuse. Even if one year has elapsed, we offer repair services at very competitive prices. Please contact us for further details. If you believe you have a valid warranty claim, attempt to return the product to the retail outlet where it was initially purchased. If this option is unavailable to you, send the defective product directly to our warehouse at the address below. Be sure to include a valid proof of purchase receipt, a detailed letter specifying the manufacturer's defect, your name, address, and telephone number. Once received, the item will be examined to verify the defect. If it is covered by warranty it will be repaired and returned. If not repairable, but covered under warranty, Olson's will replace it with the same model or a substitution of equal or greater value, at Olson's discretion. If you order an incorrect item or incorrect size, Olson's will ship the correct item to you, as soon as we are notified. We will charge your credit card for the cost of the new item and shipping. Credit will be applied to your original item, not including original cost of shipping, within 72 hours of its return to Olson's. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original order back.
